Good day Mr. Jean-Yves Duclos,

(And hello poor underpaid staff who will read this! An
acquaintance of mine worked several years for a federal
MP here in the Quebec City region, so I know it's hard
and rather thankless work. Sorry about giving you even
more work...)

Two quick essential questions, and one long optional
explanation (in case you don't understand why my two
questions are essential).

1) If a group of Catholic Priests decided to go downtown,
take all of their clothes off, and have fun dangling
their private parts in front of children, would you call
the police, yes or no?

2) If this group of Catholic Priests was publicly
denounced by a brave citizen, and this brave citizen
was subsequently sued for 104 million dollars by
the group of Catholic Priests, in order to silence
him, would you defend the freedom of speech of this
brave citizen, or would you join the lawsuit against
him?

That's all, thanks! (see below for explanation)

e1) Events at the 2016 Toronto "Gay Pride" Parade

On Sunday July 3, 2016, in downtown Toronto, occured the
annual "gay pride" parade. Were present, among many others,
Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada and your current
boss, as well as the leadership candidates for the Conservative
Party of Canada (the official opposition party had not yet
chosen its next leader).

For reasons explained below, I was also present in that parade.
Our group took pictures and videos. Because of the lewdness,
Google has already started to censor them, so I hope they will
still be on YouTube when you get this e-mail. (If not, just
ask, I have copies here which I'll gladly come over to show
you.)

	Some videos:
	www.inquisition.ca/en/polit/artic/zombie_gai.htm

Some pictures of children being exposed to this:
	www.inquisition.ca/corr/google.htm

There were many, many policemen at that parade, so all this
was occuring in front of them. The CBC has plenty of footage
of all this, but of course since they protect Justin Trudeau,
they never showed it.

Imagine if a group of Catholic Priests decided to go
downtown, take all of their clothes off, and have fun
dangling their private parts in front of children, and
this was filmed by the CBC, and seen by many policemen,
what do you think would happen?

e2) Your lawsuit against Bill Whatcott et al.

There is one courageous citizen in Canada. His name is
Mr. Bill Whatcott. He is one of the only persons in this
country who still speaks out against such events. And
guess what he gets for his efforts? Yes, a 104 MILLION
dollar lawsuit!

The lawsuit mentions (page 6 of the Statement of Claim)
"The Liberal Subclass [...] members of the Liberal
Party of Ontario and/or the Liberal Party of Canada".
So I guess you're one of the persons suing us for
104 million dollars!

	More information on your lawsuit:
	www.inquisition.ca/corr/elliott_douglas.htm

You can understand why I get a giggle when I see your
boss Justin Trudeau going to China to give the
Chinese Government some lessons about freedom of speech!
If I were a Chinese politician, I'd tell Justin Trudeau
to start respecting freedom of speech in his own back
yard before travelling halfway around the world to
tell other countries what to do!

e3) Policemen prevented me from shaking your hand 2 days ago

On September 1st, 2016, at 17h00, at the Palais Montcalm,
995 d'Youville Square, there was the Opening cocktail
of the "gay pride" events in Quebec City. You were the
Honorary president of that cocktail.

I arrived there around 16h15 with my cameraman. I
went into the Palais Montcalm and asked to see the
person reponsible for the event. I'm sorry I'm not
sure which of two bearded gentlemen I spoke to, the
president of Alliance Arc-en-ciel de Québec Mr.
Jérôme Bergeron, or the Director General Mr. Louis-Filip
Tremblay (after reviewing their picture, I would guess
Mr. Bergeron).

The President of Alliance Arc-en-ciel de Québec Mr. Jérôme Bergeron, accompanied by the Director General Mr. Louis-Filip Tremblay, personally giving the organization's Memorandum on the Struggle Against Homophobia and Transphobia to the Minister of Justice, Ms. Stéphanie Vallée.

I informed him of my intention of
handing out my flyer in front of the building, and I
gave him a copy of my flyer. He of course told me I
did not have his permission to hand them out. I told him
that I did not need his permission to exercise my
freedom of speech, but that I would not hand them
out inside the building, and that I would not cause
any undue disruption, as was demonstrated by my calm
and polite demeanor and my request to see him so I
could inform him of what my intentions were, and so
he could have a legal proof of what I was handing out.
I totally forgot to ask him if he had gotten the
e-mail I sent him several weeks before:

	Correspondance avec L'Alliance Arc-En-Ciel
(Parade de la Fierté 2016 à Québec)
	www.inquisition.ca/corr/alliance_arc_en_ciel.htm

e3.2) I then went outside to wait. About a dozen minutes
later, a police car arrived (as I was expecting). I went
over to hand them a copy of my flyer and explain to
them what my intentions were. One of them was polite
and professionnal, but the other one was, well, perfectible.
Not only was his tone of voice arrogant and paternalistic,
but his intimidating demeanor, his large tatoos and large
muscles, and his extravagant claims were quite something.

First discussion with the two policemen (polite one on the left).
First discussion with the two policemen (polite one on the left).

I remained courteous and calm, but argued my point. When
the impolite cop claimed I was spreading hate, I told him
no, I was trying to convey medical information about
specific behavior (i.e. anal coitus), and asked him to
read my flyer so he could see. He repeated several times:
"I will not read your flyer Sir!" Which is, after the
fact, rather hilarious! He was accusing me of all kinds
of crimes, and refused to look at what I was actually
handing out! Can you imagine a Judge saying: "I refuse
to listen to the Defense Attorney!"

The result of our first conversation was that they told
me the driveway in front of the Palais Montcalm was
private property, so I had to leave. I asked them where
the private property ended, and told them I would stay
there. I walked over to that point (the street leading
to the big interior parking lot).

While walking over, I saw the CBC journalists. I screamed
something like: "I can't hand you this flyer because
the police forbade me, but if you come a few meters over,
in the street, I'll give you one! 104 million lawsuit
of Justin Trudeau against us!" Obviously, the CBC didn't
react, since they are doing everything they can to
camouflage this whole affair.

Then I thought about the next
day, when I would go hand out my flyers just before the
actual parade. So I ran back, and told them I would be
tomorrow (i.e. Sept. 2nd) in front of the CBC building
on St. John Street around 19h30 to hand out my flyers.

Second discussion with the two policemen. We can see the group of journalists on the right, with TVA, CBC, etc.
Second discussion with the two policemen. We can see the group
of journalists on the right, with TVA, CBC, etc.

The impolite cop then went on a long tirade about this
being illegal, and that he would "embarquer" me (literally "put
me on board", i.e. on board his police car). I could
not believe him. He grabbed the laptop in the cruiser
and very efficiently found the Municipal By-Law he was
looking for, and proceeded to read it. I drew his attention
to the second part of the sentence which said something
like: "... in order to post those flyers on public property,
or abandon stacks of them, etc.". I told him this clearly
did not target one consenting adult offering a flyer to
another consenting adult, on the public square. He
vehemently denied, and said that if I showed up tomorrow,
he would give me a fine of 211$, and that if I continued
to hand them out, he would "embarquer" me. I told him
I'd contest, because he was clearly misinterpreting
the law. He told me he'd be happy if I contested, and that
my case would be crushed, and that he would win against
me, etc.
I then said something about the Canadian Charter of Rights
and Freedoms.

The policemen then asked me a question: "Which has
precedence, the Charter, or the Municipal Regulations?"
I replied: "The Charter, of course". They both laughed.
The impolite policeman even said something about him
having taken far more law courses than me.

I think that's the moment when I just got down on one
knee on the pavement (I had been bending over to speak to
them in their car), figuring that "this is going to be
harder than I thought"!

TVA television crew get a copy.
TVA television crew get a copy.

Then, I just went back to the public road to hand out my
flyers. But you had already gone in, Mr. Duclos! You
passed while I was stuck with those policemen! You even
shook hands with my cameraman as you walked by. He told
you not everybody agreed with such events, and claims you
were rather stunned at the idea of not everybody agreeing
with "gay" celebrations.

So I'm sorry you didn't get a copy of my flyer from my
hands, I really tried hard to give you one!

e4) Policemen studiously ignored me yesterday

Yesterday, around 19h15, I arrived in front of the CBC
building on St. John Street, with my flyers, as
announced. As you know, September 2nd was:

Lights parade, 8 p.m., Come join us and assist to Quebec
City's Pride Festival's first parade, from Turbull Street to
d'Youville Square. All visitors are invited to illuminate
themselves with any bright or luminous accessories.

Stefan in front of the CBC building on St. John Street, Quebec City.

Since the CBC building was conveniently along the path of
the parade, I waited there, offering my flyers to
passers-by. I spoke with several members of the
organization (they all had official blue "Arc-En-Ciel" T-
shirts). One of them was a lady with a two-way radio. She
refused my flyers saying she knew who I was and what the
flyer was. Another two members took one flyer and
briefly argued (very politely) with me. One of them,
obviously French-Canadian, said something about "you must
really hate my buddy here, since he's an immigrant". I
told him I myself was an immigrant. So they told me "then
how could you disagree with this [the parade]?" I told
them: "There is no connection between sodomy and
immigration", to which they laughed in disbelief, because
they said of course sodomy and immigration are the same
thing.

I didn't argue more with them, since I was about
as stunned as when the cop told me Municipal Regulations
had precedence over the Charter of Rights!

Immigration is the same thing as sodomy?
Immigration is the same thing as sodomy?

But anyway, I stayed there about a half an hour, handing
out as many flyers as passers would take. No cops ever showed
up (despite many organizers being fully aware of my location
and my flyer).

I was very surprised that after all the threats of the
previous day, my flyer distribution was met with about
as much interest and hoopla as if I had been handing
out Income Tax Interpretation Bulletin No. IT562
(Farming - Cash method inventory adjustments).

I'm even more surprised by the fact I'm being sued by
your boss Justin Trudeau for 104 MILLION dollars for
handing out something which is apparently so tame and
boring that most people don't even notice it. No matter
how many copies I personally gave to the police, to the
organizers of the parade, even to the Justice Minister of
Quebec, still, no reaction.

Have the lights gone out on Western Civilization?
Have the lights gone out on Western Civilization?

appendix 1) Message to Police telling them I was going to hand out my flyers

Because I help organize a little pro-life demonstration
in Quebec City every year, I am in contact with
Lieutenant Richard Hamel (his job title is: "Lieutenant au
maintien de l'ordre et unités spécialisées")

This is the e-mail I sent him around 15h00 on September
1st, describing what I was going to do later on that
day with my flyers, sending him a hyperlink to my
flyer, etc.

Bonjour Lieutenant,

	www.inquisition.ca/corr/weil_kathleen_fr.htm

Si vous avez des questions, SVP téléphonez-moi
(même numéro de cellulaire que celui pour la
Chaîne pour la Vie).

Je devrais être devant le Palais Montcalm vers
16h45, aujourd'hui.

Au plaisir,

Stefan Jetchick
